• Cancellations 48+ hours before tour: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before tour: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5.1 Age Requirements
